Accepted by Singapore Courts

Our translations are accepted by Singapore Courts. In selective cases, translator affidavits are necessitated - we can provide this on advance notification. Every translation we deliver includes company certification - Chop & Sign - the standard required for legal proceedings, official submissions, and institutional use. Where a translator affidavit is required, we can arrange this as an add-on - executed in Singapore or overseas depending on where the translator is based, if notified in advance.

Company Certification - Chop & Sign

Every translation is certified with Wordsburg's company chop and a signed translator declaration, confirming accuracy and completeness. This is the standard certification included with all legal translations we deliver.

Translator's Affidavit

Where courts or parties require a formal sworn affidavit from the translator, we can arrange this as a supplementary service. Affidavits can be executed in Singapore or from overseas locations.
